Shipping policy

Turn Around Time (TAT): 
All of the merchandise is in stock and ready to ship (RTS). We will ship orders within 2-5 business days (M-F). Orders placed on weekends will be shipped at the beginning of the following week. We do not allow add-ons to orders. If you forgot something, you would need to place a separate order.

 

Shipping/Tracking: Our preferred carrier is USPS and will be shipped in rigid mailers. Each order will receive a tracking number once shipped. This will be emailed to the address that placed the order. Be sure to check spam/junk folders. We highly suggest creating an account with us so you may be able to check on your order status by logging in. We are not responsible for damaged/lost packages.


Damages: If you received damaged items, please notify us within 24 hours via email at aliseandliv.com. We highly recommend selecting Route Shipping Insurance when checking out. This will protect your investment and they will take care of all of your claims directly.

Route: Route Shipping Insurance is a 3rd party application, that allows customers to buy shipping insurance for all orders. Route ensures protection of customer shipments in case of lost, stolen or damaged. To guarantee coverage, you are given the option to add the insurance during checkout.
